The Lakelands Master Gardeners’ annual awards banquet will be held on February 13, 2020 at 6:30 PM at Main Street Methodist Church (211 Main Street North in Greenwood). Members and their guests are invited to join us as we recognize the new 2019 class of master gardener interns, the 2018 class of certified master gardeners, and the 2019 Master Gardener of the Year. We will also be voting in a new LMG board for the coming year.
Please bring a side dish or dessert. Wally Sears will be making his famous brisket, pulled chicken, Cajun sausage, and jackfruit barbecue! Drinks will also be provided.
Please RSVP with the dish you will be bringing to Julie Ciezadlo by February 8. Her contact information is available in our membership directory or in the invitation that all current members should have received via email.
Remember, to be eligible to vote for our new board, you must have completed your membership renewal form and be current on your dues by the date of the banquet!
